is a game developed by Joe Chedburn. He has had this idea since the age of 16 and carefully grafted it out in his head and in code. He is a self proclaimed geek and a computer whiz kid. TORN is about a city Torncity and it's crime, crime is the object of the game but so is surviving and some law enforcement.
